WHERE WE SHIP:

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

ORDER INFORMATION:

Delivery (General) The carrier/brokering company requires signature confirmation in order to release product. If there is reason to believe damage may have occurred during transit, please inspect the package with the driver/agent present. Otherwise, please inspect the package that same day. All damage claims must be made to ACEP CUSTOMER SERVICE (not carrier) within 24 hours with visual confirmation. ACEP will then file claim with carrier Delivery (Domestic 50) Transit time is between 5-7 business days. If free shipping is available free S&H includes delivery service and insurance Delivery (International and Military PO) Transit time is between 10-12 business days. Pilot Freight Services will deliver the product to nearest international airport. An agent will contact buyer upon arrival, Buyer is responsible for customs clearance and pickup/delivery from the airport.

Tracking number will be automatically e-mailed to all buyers after package has been shipped out. If you don't receive any e-mail from us, please contact us. UPS are unable to deliver any packages to PO box addresses, please make sure you provide a physical shipping address. If package is returned to us because buyer provided a wrong or undeliverable address, buyer is responsible for -reshipping charge Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the customers responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. Custom/duty/brokerage fees on international orders are the responsibility of the buyer. If available, United States free shipping applies to commercial/residential addresses in the contiguous 50 states.

 

SPECIAL REQUEST ORDERS ONLY:

Special orders that require additional production are calculated by production time and the amount of shipping days. Example: 5 business days to make item then we send express shipping at $35.00 (1-3 days), that is 8 business days total to get your item. Standard free shipping will take a total of 8-14 business days to receive your item. Canada shipping rate applies to commercial/residential addresses International shipping rate applies to addresses in most international locations and military PO.

RETURN POLICY:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

FACTORY DEFECT:

Even though we guarantee close to perfect fitment, this part may require very minor sanding or trimming due to the conditions a vehicle has been exposed to (weathering, driving, age, collisions, extreme temperatures etc.)  If this item does not fit due to a factory defective item, please contact us so we can further assist you in an exchange or return. Please have the part# ready, the part number is located on the back of the item (example: IP#00001).

 

CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY:

There is no money back or exchange if the vehicle has been in any past collision and the part does not fit correctly. If the item is altered in any way, cut, shaved, sanded, or painted by anyone other than the manufacturer ACEP Styling, we assume no responsibility to the item or customer Installation instructions included | Professional installation highly recommended | Product intended for off-road use If you have any question or need customer service. We assume no responsibility of automotive laws required by the state, all items are for off road or show use only.

All exchanges can be completed with any ACEP product reguardless of lesser, equal, greater than value (shipping, taxes, fees not included in refuned exchanges).
